Guidelines for Warehousing Services:
1. Goods Damage: We do not assume responsibility for any damage incurred by your goods while they are stored at our warehouse. It is your responsibility to ensure that your goods are appropriately packaged and protected prior to storage.
2. RTO/Return Product Expiry Date: For products returned to our warehouse, we will not be responsible for storage beyond a period of 3 months from the date of return. If the products are not reshipped within this timeframe, they will be disposed of either through donation or destruction without prior notice. Please ensure timely retrieval or reshipment of returned products to avoid loss.
Guidelines for Packaging and Material Storage:
1. Utilization Timeframe: Any packaging or other materials kept with us should be utilized within a month of storage. Materials left unused beyond this period will be subject to disposal by either burning or donation.
2. Efficient Usage: To prevent waste and ensure efficient use of resources, please plan accordingly and retrieve or utilize stored materials within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in their disposal without prior notice.
