1. Claims for Damaged/Defective/Misprinted Items: Any claims related to damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 3 days of product delivery. Any errors on our part will be covered at our expense. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days of the order.

2. Top-notch Dropshipping Company: We proudly assert our position among the top dropshipping companies in India, handling a diverse range of products. If products are returned using a different address than the one provided by Make To Ship, customers will be responsible for the return shipment.

3. Address Issues: Shipments may be returned to us due to wrong or insufficient addresses provided by customers. In such cases, customers are required to bear all reshipment costs after we confirm the updated address with them. Customers are encouraged to contact us before returning any products.

4. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation notice is received before the product is processed, the order will be canceled immediately, and the entire amount will be refunded in Make To Ship wallet. However, if the product is printed or already shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on product availability, quantity, or pricing inaccuracies. Additional verification may be requested before accepting an order.

5. Shipment Duration: Please note that shipments may take 15-20 working days to dispatch. If an order is canceled after being charged, the refunded amount will be credited to the merchant dashboard walllet within 15 days. We are not responsible for any delays in shipment by our logistic partners.
